What we collect and why

Beta application (form or email): your email address, language, how many players are in your group, how you heard about us, and your answers to the short qualification questions. Purpose: run the waitlist, select and invite groups, answer your questions. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
Product news: only if you tick the dedicated box. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.
Emails you send us: kept to reply and follow up. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Technical logs: the site sets no cookies and runs no browser-side analytics. Our traffic log records the page viewed, the referring page and the link tag used, without IP addresses. The reverse proxy keeps technical logs that include IP addresses, for security only, for 14 days.

Recipients

Data is processed by the publisher. The waitlist and its confirmation and invitation emails are operated through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), acting as processor under its data processing agreement. No data is sold or shared for advertising.

Retention

Unconfirmed application (email not verified): 30 days.
Confirmed application: until the end of the private beta plus 12 months, or until you ask for deletion.
Product-news consent: until you unsubscribe, at most 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to hello@arcadyo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. If an audience-measurement tool is ever added, this page will be updated first.
